We engaged Liana to sell our house after a disappointing experience and failed sale with a well-known high street agent. We were quite bruised by the experience and needed someone who would provide us with a more personal, caring service. We absolutely got that with Liana, but we also got enormous energy, reliability, charm and expertise. In a tricky market she achieved a huge amount of viewings and a series of offers from serious, dependable buyers. As a result we achieved our sale in good time and been able to move to a new house that ticks all our boxes. Liana was available whenever we needed her throughout the process, and was exactly the antidote we needed to the the usual production-line approach we experienced with other agents. Liana is as far from the stereotype of an estate agent as you could imagine.  As she promised at the signing of her contract, she was with us “every step of the way”.  We had quite a traumatic time as our buyer (who came through in the end), caused us much angst with prolonged mortgage difficulties. But Liana was always there to support us, calm, caring and professional throughout the process.  She assured me I could ring her at any time, even if I just needed someone to listen, and was always pro-active in liaising between buyer, seller, agent and solicitors, and reporting back promptly.
