Liana is as far from the stereotype of an estate agent as you could imagine. As she promised at the signing of her contract, she was with us “every step of the way”. We had quite a traumatic time as our buyer (who came through in the end), caused us much angst with prolonged mortgage difficulties. But Liana was always there to support us, calm, caring and professional throughout the process. She assured me I could ring her at any time, even if I just needed someone to listen, and was always pro-active in liaising between buyer, seller, agent and solicitors, and reporting back promptly.
