We had quite a traumatic time as our buyer (who came through in the end), caused us much angst with prolonged mortgage difficulties. She assured me I could ring her at any time, even if I just needed someone to listen, and was always pro-active in liaising between buyer, seller, agent and solicitors, and reporting back promptly.
